Please schedule appropriate utilities (Electric & gas) well in ADVANCE in lessee name. Failure
can result in delay of move in. Water is for Houses Only with Pay link at site below. Do NOT sign up for Water.

Please let us know by email what is the precise day of move-in to avoid any potential issues.

We will leave keys for retrieval at 1326 Spruce St. at the front desk which is open 24 hours daily.

 Lease information. Leases are sent electronically. 

Please make sure all balances are completed and lease is returned. Failure to return lease in a
timely matter may result in loss of deposit.
